Nick Duty Makes Two Final Rounds at Prescott Raceway
PRESCOTT, Ark. – The Prescott Raceway Thanksgiving Triple 7K race weekend turned into a double 10K bracket race after rain washed out Friday’s action. The event featured over 160 cars in Super Pro and No Box. Although the track dealt with uncooperative weather throughout the weekend, they worked hard to get the event completed on time each day.
The MVP of the weekend had to be Nick Duty of Thunder Valley Raceway Park fame. The track manager made both Super Pro final rounds over the weekend collecting runner-up honors each day. Although he didn’t pick up the big check, Nick had an impressive weekend.
Hunter Patton continued his recent win streak after collecting the $10,000 Super Pro winner’s check on Sunday. Just a few weeks ago Patton made two finals and collected one win at the Cowpasture Nationals at Ardmore Dragway.
