Cowtown Winter Throwdown 2019
The Charlie Stewart Race Cars Cowtown Winter Throwdown Practice Tree Race is set for Saturday January 5th, 2019. The event, lead by Ryan Gleghorn and former Million Dollar Race winner Nathan Martin, pays $5,000 to win. Presenting sponsors include HJ Smith Auto and City Sign Service.
The race, held in Kennedale, Texas, also includes a $3,000 to win 32 entry shootout race. With a long list of sponsors, participants will compete for a number of bonuses such as:
The main event winner receives a free weekend entry to the SFG Powerball of Bracket Racing.
The main event runner-up receives a free weekend entry to a Flicker Promotions 2019 event.
The 32 Shootout winner receives a free weekend entry to the Great American Bracket Race.
Additional prizes provided by Drag Race Results, Drag Race Solutions, Self Motorsports, Brando Custom Paint, DLR Vinyl Graphics, Exner Racing, and Drag Coverage.
The Cowtown Winter Throwdown also offers a $200 prize to the last remaining bottom bulb competitor. In addition, there is a $100 bounty for the person who takes down last year’s champion Lane Comeaux.
Furthermore, Ryan mentioned there is plenty of parking, even for motorhomes. Also, Ryan and Nathan will supply food and water for the event.
