Simpson and Banks Score at Pro 1 Free One at TVRP

Billy Simpson and Tyler Banks cash in at the Pro 1 Free One bracket race at Thunder Valley Raceway Park in Noble, Oklahoma. The event was held Nov. 15-17.

NOBLE, OK – Nick Duty of Thunder Valley Raceway Park teamed up with Jeff and Charlotte Hefler, owner’s of Pro 1 Safety Products, to give racers a shot at two $5,000 paydays for a FREE entry!

The free bracket race included a $2,500 Warm Up Race on Friday along with $5,000 to win Main Events on Saturday and Sunday. Bottom Bulb racers competed separately until only one remained. The last racer standing on the Bottom Bulb side earned a smooth grand and then joined the remaining Top Bulb racers.

Friday Race Winner

“Willbilly” Will Carrell opened the weekend with a win in the Friday Warm Up race.

Saturday Main Event Winner

Billy Simpson drove his “Sin Wagon” to the Saturday Main Event victory.

Sunday Main Event Winner

Bottom Bulb racer Tyler Banks drove his S-10 to the $5,000 win in Sunday’s Main Event after defeating Jay Bunce in the final round.

In addition to his runner-up on Sunday, Bunce also scored a semifinal finish in Saturday night’s main event.
