PIEDMONT – The final round of the Summit Racing $40K Super Doorcar Challenge was an all Rountree family racing affair. Both finalist, TG Paschal and Chris Dean, were driving Rountree family race cars.

Paschal drove the Rampage Camaro to the $40,000 win over teammate Chris Dean. In doing so, Paschal earned a $40,000 payday, a big check, and the giant $40K Loose Rocker Eagle trophy.

In addition to both finalist being teammates, both cars were powered by Dean’s Performance engines as well.

Wes Siegel came up one round short of the final losing in the semifinals. Siegel’s ’69 Camaro was also voted the California Car Cover Best Appearing Car.
