Henry Wiebusch wins Top Dragster at Lucas Oil Nats
Henry Wiebusch earned his second NHRA national event victory by winning Top Dragster at the NHRA Lucas Oil Nationals.
BRAINERD, MINN. – Henry Wiebusch stopped two-time NHRA world champion Luke Bogacki in the Top Dragster final at the Lucas Oil Nationals. The win was his second in national event competition with both wins coming at Brainerd International Raceway.

Wiebusch was fantastic at the tree posting lights ranging from .006 to .016 excluding a -.014 red-light in the second round.
In addition to his stellar reactions, Wiebusch posted four straight runs of .034 over his dial-in to reach the final round. There he used a .014 light and a dead-on 7.159 to take down Bogacki who gave up the stripe by .002.

In earlier rounds, Wiebusch capitalized on his opponents miscues which included a late light by Michael Kritzky in round one and red-lights by Dan Narusiewicz and Daniel Flewwelling in rounds two and three respectively.
Henry moved into the final round after his semifinal opponent, Phil Dion, ran a tenth over his dial-in.
