One Month Until CP Racing Promotions’ Labor Day $10KS
Make plans to attend the Labor Day $10KS presented by RMtrailer.com which will be September 3-5 at Texas Motorplex.
ENNIS, TX- After a two month break in the action, CP Racing Promotions will return with the Labor Day $10KS at Texas Motorplex.
The three day race features separate main events for Box and No Box drivers as well as the High Roller Shootout.

Box Main Events
Top bulb racers will compete during three $10,000 to win main events with the runner up taking home $2,000. Drivers will earn cash starting with $50 for the 1/32ths and going up to $700 for semifinalists.
A weekend Box entry is $400 or you can double enter for $750. Single day entries will cost $200 each, while buybacks are $100.
Dragsters and door cars will be separated for the first four rounds of competition. Box purse and 1/32ths payout is based on 120 car minimum.

No Box Main Events
Bottom bulb racers will compete for three $2,000 to win main events and the runner up earns $400. Semifinalists will pick up $150 while quarterfinalists get $75.
A weekend No Box entry is $150 or single day entries are $75 each. If you find yourself with a losing first round time slip, you can buyback for $50.
Two-step and transbrakes are allowed in No Box competition, but delay boxes must be removed from the vehicle. No Box purse is based on 70 car minimum.

High Roller Shootouts
Following the conclusion of Saturday’s main event, there will be a 64-car High Roller Shootout for each class. There will be no buybacks in the shootouts.
No Box drivers will pay $150 to race for $5,000 to win and $800 for runner up. Semifinalists take home $300 while quarterfinalists get their entry of $150 back.
Box racers will pay $400 to race for $15,000 to win and $3,000 for runner up. Semifinalists take home $800 while quarterfinalists get their entry of $400 back.

- Time run 10 AM, followed by eliminations

- Gates open 8 AM
- New entry time run 9 AM, followed by main event eliminations
- Shootouts begin after main event final
- Sunday
- Gates open 8 AM
- New entry time trial 9 AM, followed by eliminations
The Details
Double entries are allowed in any form. All racing will be contested on the eighth-mile.
First round bye runs will be randomly drawn, every round afterward will be based on best previous round reaction time. Bye runs carry over.
