Series Champions Crowned at Final King of the Coast 2021 Event
The BTE King of the Coast series wrapped up the 2021 season at Gulfport Dragway with their seventh event.
GULFPORT, MS – The BTE King of the Coast Bracket Racing series completed their final race of the season and crowned their 2021 series points champions at Gulfport Dragway over the weekend. The two day event was presented by David McMurtry Racing Engines and featured Junior Dragster, Sportsman, Footbrake, and Electronics classes.

Saturday Results
Rick’s Power Coasting & Customs Electronics
Jesse Marceaux picked up the Electronics win on Saturday over Russell Truitt.
The semis-finalists were Steven Barnett and Jesse Marceaux second entry.

In Saturday’s Footbrake class, Opie Pearce claimed the win over Danny Paul.

Carl Schaefer drove to victory in the Sportsman class over Curtis Allen.

Berry Performance Jr Dragster 7-9 Year Olds
Charlie Rentrop picked up the 7-9 Year old Junior Dragster win over Kylie Ortego.

Hayden Miller was the 10-12 Year Old Jr Dragster winner on Saturday. Kane Kern was the runner-up.
