3rd Annual Texas Two Step Comes to I-30 Dragway

CADDO MILLS, TX- The 3rd Annual Texas Two Step presented by CP Promotions comes to I-30 Dragway March 31- April 3, 2022. The three-day event features three $10,000-to-win races, No Box winner bonus on each day, Box & No Box Shootouts, and an All Run Junior Dragster class on Saturday and Sunday. See full details below!

Three $10Ks for $400

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will each feature a $10,000-to-win race with $1,500 to the runner-up. The full weekend entry fee is only $400 with a single day entry being $200. There will be a $100 1st or 2nd round buyback available if needed and a $1,000 No Box winner bonus each day. No Box will be kept separate until one remains and the winner will go into the next round of Box. No Box and Box will have a Bye each round and both will have a lotto ticket winner each day.

Box & No Box Shootout

In addition to the main events, there will also be a No Box and Box shootout. The No Box shootout will be $5,000-to-win with a $150 entry fee and no buybacks. The Box shootout will be $10,000-to-win with a $275 entry fee and no buybacks. The Box shootout is currently full but, they are taking alternates. There are still spots open in the No Box shootout. Junior Dragsters All Run Class- Saturday & Sunday

Jr Dragster drivers are invited to participate at the Texas Two Step with an All Run class on Saturday & Sunday. Junior drivers may dial for what they are licensed. The weekend entry is $200 (both Sat & Sun) and there will be a $50 1st round buyback if needed and each day will pay $2,500 to the winner. The payout is based on 32 cars. See below.

Last Chance Lottery Tickets

Tickets are $10 and you have the opportunity to be placed back into round 3 on each day. A ticket for No Box and Box will be chosen.

With last year’s Texas Two Step format, Heath Phillips & Austin Williams picked up the Box wins and Shelia Day & Aaron Jones claimed the No Box wins.
