Bradenton Hosts NHRA TV/ JDRL Challenge & Drag Race for a Cure

Twenty winners emerged from the Bradenton Motorsports Park NHRA TV/ JDRL Challenge and the 2022 Drag Race for a Cure bracket racing weekend.

BRADENTON, FL- Bradenton Motorsports Park had a jammed packed weekend, November 4-6, 2022 which included the NHRA TV Challenge, JDRL Challenge, and the 2022 Drag Race for a Cure. The three-day bracket racing weekend featured classes including: Super Pro, Pro ET, Sportsman, Pro Cycle, Jr Street, and Junior Dragsters. On Sunday, Extreme Hot Rod, 4.90 Index, and 7.00 Index were added for the Drag Race for a Cure event. In addition, Junior Dragsters held a Jr. Shootout which featured three separate classes on Friday night.

Saturday Results

FTI Super Pro $10K

Courtney Jolly claimed the Saturday FTI Super Pro $10K final round win over Andrew Reaves.

Lakeland Cadillac Pro ET $5K

Gage Burch captured the $5K Saturday Pro ET win over Mike Mocny.

Sportsman

In Saturday Sportsman, J.C. Cole picked up the final round win over Jon Siegel.

Pro Cycle

Seth Buccieri claimed the Saturday Pro Cycle victory over Candy Hagadorn.

Jr. Street

In Saturday’s Jr. Street class, Courtney Cole earned the final round win over Dylan MacNicol.

Advanced Jr. Dragster

Cassidy D’Aprile claimed the Saturday Advanced Jr. Dragster final round win over Garrett Murphrey.

Intermediate Jr. Dragster

In the Saturday Intermediate Jr. Dragster class, Alissa Fargo picked up the win over Everleigh Siegel.

Novice Jr. Dragster

Bryce Troupe claimed the Saturday Novice Jr. Dragster win over Kylie Mocny.

Sunday Drag Race for a Cure 2022

Super Pro

Mike Moore Jr. on two-wheels captured the final round win over Paul Skinger in Sunday’s Super Pro final round.

Pro ET

Gage Burch picked up his second win of the weekend in Sunday’s Pro ET class. Tim Butler was the runner-up finisher.

Pro Cycle

Dominic Molinaro picked up Sunday’s Pro Cycle final round win over Rick Eaton.

Extreme Hot Rod

In Extreme Hot Rod, Kevin MacNicol earned the final round win over Jim McMillan.

4.90 Index

David Scigliuto claimed the 4.90 Index win over Tony Morris.

7.00 Index

Karley Holbrook parked her Nova in the winner’s circle by picking up the 7.00 Index win over Ryan Norton.

Advanced Jr. Dragster

In Sunday’s Advanced Jr. Dragster, Jason Stewart claimed the final round win over Peyton Shook.

Intermediate Jr. Dragster

Cameron Rich earned the Sunday Intermediate Jr. Dragster win over Everleigh Siegel.

Novice Jr. Dragster

Kylie Mocny captured the Sunday Novice Jr. Dragster win over Tyler Biddle.
