Dadas Finishes Out SFG Christmas Bracket Bash

Matt Dadas picked up the last win of the SFG Promotions Christmas Bracket Bash at Bradenton Motorsports Park.

BRADENTON, FL – The SFG Promotions 5-day Christmas Bracket Bash came to an end late Saturday evening with Matt Dadas picking up the final big check of the weekend. Ohio native Dadas defeated Will Holloman in the final round.

Dadas battled his way through a field of the baddest bracket racers in the country to pick up the JEGS/FTI $75,000 check at Bradenton Motorsports Park.

Semi-finals

On the door-car side, Matt Dadas squared up with Taylor Rich. Dadas was .008 total to lock out Rich at the hit, who was .010 and 5 thou under his dial in. Even though Rich bailed out in the semis, he secured the weekend points championship.

On the dragster side, Holloman took on good friend, Tyler Bohannon. Bohannon turned it -.009 to hand the win over to Holloman and send him to the final round.

Finals

In the final round, Dadas was .017 total to lock out Holloman at the hit. He was .012 and ran a 6.185 on his 6.18 dial-in at 107 mph.

Megan Bohannon is a 25 year old Super Comp racer from Louisville, Kentucky. She races a 2015 American Dragster with a 648 Oakley Motorsports Engine. Growing up at the racetrack, drag racing is all she has known and never plans to give up on it.
