Flicker Promotions Presents the LaTexan Lasso

Make plans now to attend the Flicker Promotions LaTexan Lasso at I-30 Dragway March 11-13, 2022.

CADDO MILLS, TX- Flicker Promotions presents the LaTexan Lasso which will take place March 11- 13, 2022 at I-30 Dragway in Caddo Mills, Texas. The event will feature two days of $7,500-to-win Box racing and $2,500-to-win No Box competition. In addition to the main events there will also be “sloppy seconds” second chance race, a FREE Gamblers Race, and the Lucky Lotto. Get all of the details below!

Box Main Events

Box racers get the opportunity to compete for $7,500 on both Saturday & Sunday with the runner-up finisher to win $1,500. The weekend entry is $300 with the single day entry being $150. Buybacks will be available if needed for 1st or 2nd round and will be $70.

No Box Main Events

No Box Competitors get a stab at $2,500 on both Saturday & Sunday with the runner-up getting $500. The weekend entry for both events is $200 and a single day is $100. Buybacks are available for 1st or 2nd round and are $35.

FREE Gamblers Race

On Friday night, there will be a FREE $2,500-to-win Gamblers Race. The entry is FREE with purchase of weekend entry. The single day entry will be $100. Buybacks will be $35 for 1st or 2nd round and Box & No Box cars will be separate until there is eight total.

$4,000-to-win Sloppy Seconds

On Friday and Saturday night, there will be an extra chance to win for racers who find themselves out of competition prior to the ladder round of the main event. This will be an All Run class with Box & No Box cars separate until the ladder of eight. Box cars & dragsters will run together. There will be no time runs and the entry fee is $100 with no buybacks.

Lucky Lotto

The lucky lotto tickets will be $10 and each day one ticket will be drawn for each class, and the winner gets placed back into 4th round.

Schedule

Gates open at 1pm on Thursday for parking all night long in addition to a $1,000-to-win practice tree race. On Friday, gates open at 8am with time runs to begin at 10am and eliminations to follow. On Saturday & Sunday, gates open at 8am with new entry time runs to start at 9am and eliminations to follow.

The spectator weekend pass will be $30 and the sing day pass is $15.
