Cory Gulitti drove to the winners circle in the S&W $50K event on Wednesday evening at the 5-Day Christmas Bracket Bash at Bradenton Motorsports Park.
BRADENTON, FL – Cory Gulitti was crowned the Hansen Global $50,000 winner at the 5-Day Christmas Bracket Bash at Bradenton Motorsports Park. The final round came down between Cory Gulitti and Logan Back, with Gulitti being crowned as the S&W $50K race winner.
Gulitti took advantage of the SFG Jackpot to get back in the race and found himself in the final round paired up with Logan Back. Both drivers were strong all day long, but Gulitti came out on top and picked up the win.
In the battle of the dragsters, Gulitti defeated Johnny Ezell after defeating him in the 1/4 finals. Ezell turned it red to hand the win over to Gulitti, who clicked it red behind him but will head to the final round.
On the door-car side, Back defeated Jon Siegel. Back was in full control at the hit and turned it into a win-light running a 6.288 on his 6.27 dial-in.
In the final round, Gulitti was .012 total to pick up the trophy over Back who was .019 total behind him.
Congratulations to both drivers on an excellent day of competition!

ABOUT SFG PROMOTIONS, INC: SFG is the brainchild of racer and promoter, Kyle Riley. “I had a vision to offer racers the chance to race for big money that the average racer could not afford, but I give God all the credit for the idea because it was sent from God,” states Riley (SFG stands for Sent From God). Riley adds, “until SFG came about, your average racer couldn’t afford the chance to run for $50k or $100k because it was out of their price range. I wanted your everyday bracket racer to know what it feels like to stage up for that kind of money. A lot of people think I’m crazy, but I’ve always felt it’s better to give than to receive. The racers have really supported SFG in its first years, so I want to show them that I really appreciate their support so I raised the payouts and lowered the entry fees. Everyone will see the better SFG does, the more the racer will benefit from our success.”
