Lane Morgan Clean Sweeps Brainerd Junior Jam

Lane Morgan dominates, winning Saturday’s $10K and Sunday’s $5K of the Brainerd Motorsports Park Junior Jam.

RINGGOLD, GA- Over 120 of the best Junior Dragster drivers piled into Brainerd Motorsports park this past weekend, March 18-19, 2022 for the Junior Jam. The event which gave Junior racers three-days of big money Junior racing featured a free entry $1K, $10K, and $5K. Unfortunately, Friday’s Free Entry $1K was cancelled due to weather.

In addition, Laris Motorsports Insurance came onboard to reward drivers with the best winning packages on Saturday & Sunday. On Saturday, they awarded one racer with a $500 prize and on Sunday they awarded two $250 prizes.

Saturday $10K Results

In Saturday’s $10K, Lane Morgan from Angier, North Carolina picked up the win over Blake Combs from Bluff City, TN. In the finals, Lane ran a 8.626 on a 8.62 dial with a .033 reaction time. Blake ran a 7.837 off a 7.90 dial with a .067 reaction for the runner-up. Josiah Varner from Temple, GA was the semi-finalist.

Saturday Laris Motorsports Insurance Best Winning Package- $500

Brylie Sexton from Camilla, GA was the Saturday Laris Motorsports Insurance Best Winning Package award winner. Sexton won the best winning package through the first three rounds with a .006 package.

Sunday $5K Results

Lane Morgan from Angier, North Carolina strikes again, also picking up the Sunday $5K win at the BMP Junior Jam. Morgan defeated John Varner from Temple, Georgia in the finals when John turned it -.017 red.

Saturday Laris Motorsports Insurance Best Winning Package– $250 Each

The Laris Motorsports Insurance Best Package winners from Sundays were Alayna Carden and Graeme Rufenacht. Both drivers earned $250 for their efforts.
