Summit Motorsports Park racers continued to prove that they’re among the best in the country at the second Edelbrock Super Series event of the year, April 30, 2022 at America’s Racetrack in Norwalk, Ohio.

NORWALK, OH- Summit Motorsports Park held their second Edelbrock Super Series event of the year, April 30, 2022. The event featured numerous classed including: Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, Junior Street, Stock, Super Bike, and three Junior Dragster categories. See full event results below!

Edelbrock Super Pro

In the Edelbrock Super Pro final round of eliminations, Nick Hastings, who has won many races in his racing career, pulled off another one with a .006 reaction time and a 6.50 elapsed-time after Jono Gerber went -.004 red.

Edelbrock Pro

Successful racer Brian Cireddu secured another win in Edelbrock Pro with a 6.32 after Jaeden Durst turned on the red light.

Wiseco/ Cycle Tech Super Bike

Garreth Sheppeard and Scott Sheppeard had the spotlight in Wiseco/Cycle Tech Super Bike, and Garreth gunned to the win with a 8.70 after Scott left the line just a little too early with a -.005.

Edelbrock Sportsman Delivered on Time by Transportation

Chas Lang and Daniel Beauch earned a trip to the final round of eliminations in Edelbrock Sportsman Delivered on Time by Transportation, and Lang, the 2021 Edelbrock Sportsman Delivered on Time by TFC Transportation champion, landed the win with an 11.98 against Beauch and his 13.03.

Edelbrock Stock

In Edelbrock Stock, Scott Sheppeard defeated Collin Morton with a 9.50 against Morton’s 17.16.

NHRA Junior Street

The NHRA Junior Street final round of eliminations saw Dexter Gomez drive to the win with a 9.51 after Brayden Bailey recorded a -.008 red light.

Bear Motorsports Advanced Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco

Nick Peters and Gabe Wojnowski lined up for the Bear Motorsports Advanced Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco final round of eliminations, and Peters pulled off the win with a 7.93 to Wojnowski’s 7.89.

Bear Motorsports Intermediate Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco

Kace Shupp and Kendall Mason made it to the final round of eliminations in Bear Bear Motorsports Intermediate Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco, and Shupp locked up the win with an 8.92 against Mason’s 9.10.

Bear Motorsports Novice Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco

In the Bear Motorsports Novice Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco final round of eliminations, Ellieanna Oldenburg, with an 11.88, defeated Callie Moreland, who clocked a 16.12.
