The 2nd Annual Class Racers Revival Returns to World Wide Technology Raceway

The TB Promotions team is bringing back the Class Racers Revival to WWTR for the second year, adding a few things to the mix this year to make the event bigger and better.

MADISON, IL – The TB Promotions crew is excited to bring back the Class Racers Revival for the second year in a row to World Wide Technology Raceway on April 28 – May 1 in Madison, Illinois!

Last year, the Class Racers Revival changed class racing for how racers have seen it for many years. Racers from 30+ states gathered to race for money they had never had a chance to race for before.

Stock and Super Stock racers got the chance to race TWICE for $25,000, while Competition Eliminator raced for $10,000. If racers lost first or second round, they had to chance to race in the $5,000-to-win Consolation race. 

In the first race, Matt Morris defeated Larry Gilley in the Stock/Super Stock final round and brought the trophy & big check back to Kentucky.

In the second race, Chuck Bohannon defeated Jeff Taylor in the Stock/Super Stock final round and brought the big check & trophy back to Kentucky. 

In the Competition Eliminator final round, Mike Ferrell defeated Joe Arrowsmith to bring home the big check & the trophy back home to Indiana.

This year, the Maddox Motor Co. / Class Racing Today Stock & Super Stock racers will have TWO chances to race for $10,000. It will be limited to 128 Stockers & 128 Super Stockers. Elite Motorsports Competition Eliminator will race for $10,000, with a 32-car minimum.

New for 2022, the 2nd Annual Class Racers Revival will include Super Gas & Super Comp! Super Gas & Super Comp will both have TWO chances to race for $5,000. Both classes are 128-car entry max.

To kick off the weekend, there will be a Stock / Super Stock Combo sponsored by Patterson Elite for $5,000-to-win. As far as Super Gas & Super Comp go, the top 16 qualifiers will race for $1,000 in each class. 

Mass Traction will be on track this year making sure the racing surface is the best it can be for our racers & BangShift will be LIVE all weekend long to bring you live streaming of qualifying and eliminations if you aren’t able to make the event.
