LODRS Division 2 Champions

The Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Southeast Division 2 crowned their champions at the end of 2021 with David Eaton leading the list.

SOUTHEAST DIVISION 2 – The Southeast LODRS Division finished their season at the end of 2021 and crowned champions in each class.

David Eaton, Anthony Bertozzi, Terry Taylor, Ray Miller III, John Labbous Jr, Ed Pauley, Jeff Strickland, and Doug Gbur were all crowned champions in their respective classes after having gold worthy seasons!

2021 Southeast Division 2 Champions

Competition Eliminator – David Eaton

David Eaton finished the year with 350 points, totaling out to a win at Atlanta and several late round finishes.

Randy Daniels finished second with 285 points and Richard Preiser finished third with 271.

Super Stock – Anthony Bertozzi

Anthony Bertozzi finished the year with 372 points, totaling out to a win at Cecil and a win at Atlanta along with several late round finishes.

Mike Crutchfield finished second with 319 points and Mark Alvey finished third with 317 points.

Stock Eliminator – Terry Taylor

Terry Taylor finished the year with 362 points, totaling out to a win at the Baby Gators and a win at Cecil along with several late round finishes throughout the season.

Blake Hickman finished second with 362 points and Jeff Strickland finished third with 318 points.

Super Comp – Ray Miller III

Ray Miller III finished the year with 342 points, totaling out to several late round finishes throughout the season.

Sherman Adcock Jr. finished second with 321 points and Allan Ackles Jr. finished third with 299 points.

Super Gas – John Labbous Jr

John Labbous Jr. finished the year with 372 points, totaling out to a win at Orlando and a win at Brainerd along with several late round finishes throughout the year.

Rusty Cook finished second with 298 points and Jim Perry Jr. finished third with 298 points.

Super Street – Ed Pauley

Ed Pauley finished the year with 430 points, totaling out to a double-up win at the Virginia double along with several late round finishes throughout the season.

Jacob Rutledge finished second with 386 points and Kevin MacNicol finished third with 311 points.

Top Dragster – Jeff Stickland

Jeff Strickland finished the year with 356 points, totaling out to a win at Charlotte and a win at Rockingham along with several late round finishes throughout the year.

Anthony Bertozzi finished second with 324 points and Steve Furr finished third with 282 points.

Top Sportsman – Doug Gbur

Doug Gbur finished the year with 348 points, totaling out to a win at Orlando along with several late round finishes.

Jacky Bennett finished second with 304 points and Ronnie Proctor Sr. finished third with 272 points.

Megan Bohannon is a 25 year old Super Comp racer from Louisville, Kentucky. She races a 2015 American Dragster with a 648 Oakley Motorsports Engine. Growing up at the racetrack, drag racing is all she has known and never plans to give up on it.
