10/05/22 – Welcome to the DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List presented by Laris Motorsports Insurance. Each week we rank the best Jr. racers across the country based on their weekly performances. Nominations are accepted every Monday evening on our Facebook page.

DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List
1 – Graeme Rufenacht

Graeme Rufenacht had a big weekend at Little River Dragway in Texas. Competing at the Southwest Jr. Dragster Series Graeme raced to three finals where he picked up two wins. He kicked off the weekend with a loss in the final to Kane Kern. On Saturday #Gman won Quick 16 and added a semifinal finish in Bracket 330. On Sunday, Graeme won the All Run Big Money class collecting the largest payday of the weekend.
2 – Kane Kern

Kane Kern showed out at the SWJDS race in Temple, Texas making three final round appearances on the weekend. Kern grabbed the Gamblers win on Friday over Graeme Rufenacht and followed that with a win in 12-17 Age Group and added a runner-up in the 10-12 Age Group.
3 – Summer Field

Summer Field also made three final round appearances over the weekend at Firebird Raceway. Field raced to the final round in High School, Jr. Street, and Jr. dragster on Saturday winning two of the three finals.
4 – Jesse Fritts

Jesse Fritts had an insane weekend at Coles County that saw him win six trophies! Fritts doubled up in his Jr. winning a Wally and the Jr. King of the Track along with winning Super Pro twice along with two King of the Track victories.
5 – Logan Grayson

Logan Grayson grabs the five spot after doubling up at the IHRA D2 Bracket Finals at Holly Springs. Grayson drove to victories on Friday and Sunday to earn a Top 10 spot.
6 – Cadan Richardson

Cadan Richardson doubled up at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis earning the Major Junior Championship in the process.
7 – Logan Sweetman

Logan Sweetman has been on a roll lately making the finals in his last five outings in Colorado. In that span Sweetman has won four events including his double Wally weekend last week. On Saturday, Sweetman won a Wally at Bandimere and on Sunday he added another Wally to the collection at Julesburg Dragstrip to complete the weekend double.
8 – Tyler Barsema

Tyler Barsema wins an Ironman and Wally on back-to-back weekends to secure the #8 spot. Last week Barsema won a Wally at Byron Dragway and followed that with an Ironman victory this past weekend at the World Series of Drag Racing at Cordova. He came up just short of the weekend double after falling in the finals on Sunday at the World Series.
9 – Cason Markham

Cason Markham joined his dad in the winners circle on more than one occasion this past weekend. While his dad won 5 times on his bike, Cason did some winning himself pickup up two wins on the weekend to secure a Top 10 spot.
10 – Jed Biscay

Jed Biscay closes out the Jr. Racer Top 10 List after posting a double Wally finish at the NHRA D6 Bracket Finals last month. Biscay took home two Wally’s on the weekend in his Jr. Street Mustang.
