11/2/22 – Welcome to the DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List presented by Laris Motorsports Insurance. Each week we rank the best Jr. racers across the country based on their weekly performances. Nominations are accepted every Monday evening on our Facebook page.

DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List
1 – Landon Emmons

Landon Emmons has been spectacular this season winning on a regular basis across the state of Texas. Last weekend Emmons, son of NHRA Stock/Super Stock great Speedy Emmons, cleaned house at Evadale Raceway at the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series race. Landon made three final round appearances winning two of three to grab the #1 spot this week.
2 – Dexter Gomez

Dexter Gomez grabbed the largest payday of the month after taking home the $10K main event at the Halloween Spooktacular in Montgomery. After racing was paused with five cars remaining due to weather, the racers battled it out on the practice tree to determine the winner. Gomez took home the big check after defeating Josiah Varner in the final.
3 – Madi Clark

Madi Clark added two more final rounds to her resume a week after winning twice at Keystone Raceway. Last week she won the $1K main event and the turtle race which she followed with a win and a runner-up this past weekend to earn another Top 10 showing.
4 – Will Willard

Will Willard has been a constant fixture on the Jr. Racer Top 10 List this season. This week he makes another appearance after racing to his third final in two weeks. Coming off a runner-up finish last weekend, Willard added a win and a runner-up this past weekend at Farmington. His season tally now includes 27 finals!
5 – Branson Hutchens

Branson Hutchens enjoyed a big day at The Farm. Hutchens won twice including a Teen race and another in his Jr. He also added a semifinal appearance to cap off a great weekend of racing.
5 – Gavin Whisnant

Gavin Whisnant who dominated the Top 10 List earlier this season doubled up a the biggest Jr. race of the season at Farmington Dragway to grab another Top 10 spot.
6 – Tyler Wied

Tyler Wied continues to impress week in and week out. At the Halloween Spooktacular, Wied won the 8.90 Index class on Friday and made it to the final 5 cars in the Saturday $10K main event. Although he had the bye at 5 cars, he was forced to finish the race on the practice tree after weather issues cancelled racing activities a few rounds early. Wied was also still entered in the All Run class when it was forced to split and quit as well.
7 – Joshua McDaniel

Joshua McDaniel won big at Capital City Motorsports Park taking home the 64-Car Mike Bos Shootout title. McDaniel took home a brand new Mike Bos Jr. dragster and a big check.
8 – Graeme Rufenacht

Graeme Rufenacht continues to dominate the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series and last weekend was no exception. Rufenacht raced to two final rounds on the weekend to lock down the #8 spot this week.
9 – Bella Patton

Bella Patton grabbed a runner-up last weekend at the 660 Nationals at Keystone Raceway. She followed that by winning the Baby Rainbow event to post two consecutive final round appearances.
10 – Carter Poplawski

C-Pop raced to two final round appearances at the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series race last week at Evadale to claim his Top 10 spot!
