3/9/22 – Welcome to the 2022 DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List presented by Laris Motorsports Insurance. Each week we rank the best Jr. racers across the country based on their weekly performances. Nominations are accepted every Monday evening on our Facebook page.

DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List

1 – Jace Renoll

Jace Renoll leads the first top 10 list for the 2022 season after having a impressive start on the year with 4 wins out of 5 finals. Renoll also picked up a Wally along the way.

2 – Hailey Shook

Hailey Shook takes the number 2 spot after also picking up 4 wins and one runner-up.

3 – Graeme Rufenacht

Graeme Rufenacht raced to 4 finals this season winning 3 of the 4. He also competed in the No-Box class at Houston Raceway where he qualified for the National Event in April to race for the track championship title.

4 – Gavin Pine

Gavin Pine earns the number 4 spot after winning 3 races out of the 7 he attended.

5 – Josiah Varner

Josiah Varner rounds out he top 5 with 2 wins in 3 finals while collecting an IHRA Ironman trophy along the way.

6 – Kade Renoll

Kade Renoll won a Division 7 Series race where he picked up a Wally, a Summit Series win, a win in Jr. Street, 1 runner-up, and 2 semifinal appearances.

7 – Peyton Shook

Peyton Shook won twice at Immokalee Dragway and had a runner-up finish at Bradenton Motorsports Park.

8 – Kane Kern

Kane Kern made 4 finals out of 5 events winning 1 of the 4. His big win came at the Great American Bracket race where he earned a $4,000 check in January. Kane also made his 100th final round appearance at the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series race at Evadale last month.

9 – Victoria Beaner

Victoria Beaner, the 2021 6-9 Racer of the Year, made 4 consecutive finals winning 1 of the 4 and also picking up a semifinal finish along the way. She looks to be adapting quickly to the 8.90 class.

10 – Cj Jenkins

Cj Jenkins won at the Divison 2 SGMP race and made rounds at the Baby Gators before ending a 29 consecutive round win streak.
