DragChamp Top 10 List
1 – Adam Hickey

NHRA Competition Eliminator racer Adam Hickey jumps to the #1 spot after winning back-to-back NHRA National events and a $100K payday from the Comp Eliminator Bonus Fund. Hickey raced to wins at St. Louis and Dallas to lock up the bonus fund championship and the accompanying $100,000 payday.
2 – IHRA World Champions
The IHRA crowned it’s 2022 World Champions on Sunday at Holly Springs. Jared Ledford won the Top Championship, Grant Zimmerman won the Mod Championship, and Larry Doty took home the Sportsman title.



3 – Austin Williams

Austin Williams grabs the three spot on the Top 10 List this week after winning his 3rd straight NHRA national event in Super Comp. His streak began with a new paint job and a win at Topeka. That was followed with a victory at the U.S. Nationals and last weekend, the NHRA Fall Nationals in Dallas.
4 – Mike Smith Memorial 20K Winners
The 2nd Annual Mike Smith Memorial race at Capital City Motorsports Park was an overwhelming success with 500 entries. The three $20K winners over the weekend were Chad Spradlin, Mitchell Reaves, and Aaron Disinger.



5 – Johnny Ezell

JBR showed out at the CP Racing Promotions Fall $5K’s winning both $5K races at State Capitol Raceway. Ezell doubled up to pick up some entry fee money for the OG Million in Montgomery this week, lol.
6 – Austin Richardson

A-Rich has been on a tear lately which has put him on the Top 10 List for the second time in the last few weeks. Over the weekend he picked up the win at Clarksville on Friday before meeting his brother Blake in a split & quit $5K final at Music City on Saturday.
7 – Michael Underwood

Competing at one of the largest races of the season, the Summit Motorsports Park Halloween Classic, Michael Underwood put on a show against the huge field. Underwood won 11 straight rounds to claim the Pro class title. He then won the Grand Champion runoff to earn a second trophy. On top of that, Underwood made the semifinals in the Thursday Gamblers race and the quarterfinals in the Trick Flow race.
8 – Bobby Mattera

Bobby Mattera had a weekend to remember a week ago at the IHRA D1 Team Finals. Mattera doubled up over the weekend winning the Mod Gamblers race on Saturday and the Main Event Final on Sunday!
9 – Jamie Goodman

Jamie Goodman makes a Top 10 appearance this week after a dominating performance at the IHRA World Finals Race of Champions. Goodman took two entries to the semifinals eventually taking home the Race of Champions W.
10 – Nathan Lash

Nathan Lash closes out the Top 10 List this week after carrying two entries deep in the $5K at Muncie Dragway. He did finish the job taking the victory in the $5K along with winning the King of the Track runoff as well. The win was Nathan’s third in the last four weeks!
