1 – Kevin Brannon

Kevin Brannon captured his second Million victory last weekend in Vegas after defeating Spence Massey to win the Spring Fling Million. With the win, KB joins a short list of accomplished bracket racers that have won more than one million dollar race. I’m pretty sure only he and Jeff Verdi have won million’s at the Spring Fling and the OG Million.

2 – Lucas Walker

Lucas Walker secured the two spot this week after swapping sweet in Vegas to a $30,000 payday. He even swapped cars in the late rounds after his teammate, Kevin Pollard was involved in a pit accident in the Chevy Luv truck Lucas started the race with. He jumped into a borrowed Camaro and continued his march to the winners circle. Walker flew home and still found time to collect another W on Sunday at Beacon Dragway.

3 – Kris Whitfield

Kris Whitfield extended his win streak at the Strip after winning $30,000 at the Spring Fling. The week prior Whitfield raced to the Super Comp title at the D7 Lucas Oil Series race in Vegas. This was Whitfield’s fourth Spring Fling final in the last 12 months and fifth overall. In addition to his runner-up at the 2021 Spring Fling Million and double runner-up at the Fall Fling last year, Whitfield also won the first ever Vegas Fling back in 2011.

4 – Jim Glenn

Jim Glenn has enjoyed tremendous success on the track this season. The 2020 Fall Fling West $100K champ kicked off the 2022 season with a Super Comp victory at the Winternationals and followed with a runner-up at the Arizona Nationals. Last week, Glenn kicked off the Spring Fling by winning the Dragster Shootout on Tuesday to add to his amazing season. He also won a set of SR20 Brodix heads on Friday in the Brodix run for the money!

5 – Peeps Pennington

The Peep Show was in full force once again at the Spring Fling. The 2019 Spring Fling Million winner added yet another trophy to the collection after closing out the 2022 Spring Fling with a $30,000 payday on Saturday.

6 – Chris Gulitti

Chris Gulitti secured a Top 10 spot this week after a great week in Vegas. Gulitti turned on something like 40 win lights on the week making it deep almost everyday of the event. His most profitable day on the track came in the Million on Friday where he raced to a quarterfinal finish. From what I understand, he and wife Geri enjoyed even more success at the casinos, lol.

7 – Spence Massey

Top Fuel racer and big money bracket racing ace Spence Massey raced to the Spring Fling Million final on Friday where he came up a few “thou” short to Kevin Brannon. Massey carried the torch for the doorcar crowd in his small-tire Texas-based Nova. This was Massey’s second Fling final as he won $30K at the 2020 Spring Fling in Bristol.

8 – Andy Schmall

Bottom bulb racer Andy Schmall locks down the eight spot after taking his Yellow Banana Beretta to the Laris Motorsports Insurance Pro class win on Friday. Schmall then joined the Million field where he raced to a semifinal finish in the Million main event.

9 – Bryce Self

Bryce Self continues to find success at I-30 Dragway in his 4.3x rocket ship. Last weekend Self raced to wins on Friday and Saturday night to grab the nine spot.

10 – Tim Ramey

Tim Ramey closes out the Top 10 List this week after pulling off the double at Shadyside Dragway in his Ford Maverick.
