DragChamp Top 10 List

1 – Matt Dadas

Perennial Top 10 player Matt Dadas grabs the top spot this week after winning the $50K main event at the TB Promotions 50K race at Kil-Kare. Dadas also won the MVP award after deep runs on each day of the big money bracket race.

2 – Taylor Bowling

Two weeks after winning the Working Man’s $10 Grands $10K main event off the bottom, Taylor Bowling grabbed another Super Pro victory this past Sunday. Bowling’s latest victory came at Beech Bend Raceway Park where he once again outlasted the Top Bulb field leaving off the bottom.

3 – Michael Paschal

Michael Paschal raced to two final round appearances over the weekend at Piedmont Dragway. In Saturday’s final, Paschal and his brother T.G. split and quit. Paschal returned to the final on Sunday where he picked up the W to complete the weekend sweep.

4 – David Eaton

David Eaton gets a nod this week after winning Comp at the Virginia Nationals. This was his second straight national event victory after winning the Gatornationals earlier this season. The victory improved Eaton’s stats this season to three wins in four finals which includes his LODRS results.

5 – John Labbous Jr.

Lil’ John Labbous avenged his final round loss at the Four-Wide Nationals in Charlotte by winning the Super Comp title at the Virginia Nationals. Along with his back-to-back national event finals, Labbous also has a win and a runner-up on the LODRS in his Super Gas roadster.

6 – Jeff Reed

Jeff Reed cashed the last big check of the weekend at the TB Promotions 50K but it wasn’t his only final of the weekend. Reed also made two finals in the Jr. Dragster class as crew chief for his sons. In total, the Reed family picked up two wins and a runner-up on the weekend.

7 – Bill Webb

Bill Webb drove his beautiful Cutlass to the $10K main event win on Friday at the TB Promotions 50K.

8 – Austin Logan

Austin Logan jumped in Gage Burch’s Mustang and promptly collected a $10K victory at Bradenton Motorsports Park.

9 – Adam Davis

AD dominated the field at the Goodtime this weekend picking up a win in Pro and a runner-up in Footbrake. We had to use a stock photo since Adam rarely ever takes pictures, lol.

10 – Cam Whisnant

Cam Whisnant closes out the Top 10 List this week after racing to his first victory in a big car. Whisnant was a dominate force in juniors for years and finally broke through for his first win since moving up.
