Las Vegas, NV — The Flings Race Series kicks off the first event of the 2023 season at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the Moser Engineering Spring Fling Million presented by Optima Batteries. Racers traveling from across the US, Canada, and Mexico will get the chance to try their hand at what could be one of the highest payouts in the history of the Spring Fling Million the week of April 4-8.

Three $30,000-to-win races will be contested Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday with Friday featuring the Fling Million main event that guarantees a minimum of $250,000 and up to $1,000,000-to-win to Friday’s winner depending on the number of entries.

Early signs show that the event could be one of the largest entry counts for a Fling event at Las Vegas after a record-breaking count at the end of the 2022 Fling season at Bristol Dragway. With haulers filling up the stacking lot and extending to the entry road, the Fling Team anticipates a packed house for the week.

“This could be a big one,” said promoter Peter Biondo, “We planned for 6 months for this event and our team is ready to deliver. We have a plan, and I’m confident that we can provide racers the experience they pulled in the gate for.”

As racers have come to expect, the Fling Team has over $60,000 in product and cash giveaways in hand for all on property. The drivers with the best losing packages in rounds 1-4 each day receive $500 and a small Fling check on the spot during the Triple $30K’s and $1,000 during Friday’s main event. The Fling Kids Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday will have great prizes for the whole family like Razor scooters, RC cars, toys, and gift cards.
