Barnett Collects $20K at 10th Annual Southern Big Buck Nationals

Parks, Haymen, Barnett, Craig, Wright, and Gonzalez captured wins at the 10th Annual Southern Big Buck Nationals at No Problem Raceway.

BELLE ROSE, LA- Flicker Promotions in conjunction with CP Promotions held their 10th Annual Southern Big Buck Nationals February 10-12, 2023 at No Problem Raceway. The event was originally slated to be held at State Capitol Raceway but due to damage to the timing system, the decision was made to move the event to No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose, Louisiana.

On Friday, they ran the Box $10K and No-Box $5K as based on the flyer. Saturday and Sunday were combined and ran on Sunday due to weather. On Sunday, they ran a Box $20K, No-Box $10K, Junior Dragster Ages 8-12 $1K, and a Junior Dragster Ages 13-18 $2K.

Friday Results

Box $10K

Rodney Parks defeated Brittany Ezell LeJeune in the Friday $10K Box final round.

No- Box $5K

Kayden Haymen picked up the Friday $5K No-Box final round win Joshua Tanksley.

Sunday Results

Box $20K

Travis Barnett defeated Kyle Rumley in the Sunday $20K Box Main Event.

No-Box $10K

Zach Craig picked up the $10K No-Box final round win over Lucas Walker.

8-12 Junior Dragster

In the Sunday Burleson Construction Jr Dragster 8-12 age division, Bentley Wright defeated Addilyn Paul in the final and cashed in for $1,000.

13-18 Junior Dragsters

Mario Gonzalez defeated Zach Pearce in the Burleson Construction Jr Dragster 13-18 age division on Sunday for $2K.
