Sessoms & Lane Cash In for $5K at Galot Summit ET Bracket Series Opener
Sessoms, Lane, Craft, Sears, O’Meara, and Locklear captured wins at the Galot Motorsports Park Summit ET Bracket Series Opener.

DUNN, NC- Galot Motorsports Park kicked-off their 2023 Summit Racing Equipment ET points program on April 15-16, 2023 with Race #1 & #2. The two-day event featured $5K Top ET, Footbrake, and Junior Dragster classes. See full weekend results below!
Saturday Race #1 Results
Top ET
Randy Sessoms and Eric Aman came to the water box together in the ROBCO Residential, Inc. Top ET final round, with Sessoms dialing 6.03 and Aman dialing 5.29. Only .003 separated them at the starting line, advantage Aman, but at the big end, Eric breaks out by .006, while Randy nails his dial by running 6.030 exactly. The race one winner in ROBCO Residential, Inc. Top ET was Randy Sessoms.
Footbrake
Next up is Southern Tide Homes Footbrake class. Richard Synger and Jason Craft lined up next to each other in the final round, with Synger dialing 6.17 and Craft dialing 6.68. When the tree came down, Craft took a commanding starting line advantage and ran 6.701, locking out Synger, who’s reaction time uncharacteristically started with a .1. Saturday’s winner in Southern Tide Homes Footbrake was Jason Craft.
Junior Dragster
In Dynamite Trailer Sales Junior Dragsters, Charlee O’Meara came into the finals lined up next to Ella Dennis. Both drivers ran really well all day (Charlee actually had a perfect pass earlier). When they lined up next to each other, both drivers had 7.90 on their dial in boards. When the lights on the tree came down, Charlee O’Meara took a .063 second advantage over Ella Dennis, and ran 7.947. Ella also ran 7.947, but Charlee’s reaction time gave her the smaller overall package and Saturday’s win in Dynamite Trailer Sales Junior Dragster class.
Sunday Race #2 Results
Top ET
In ROBCO Residential Top ET, the final round featured Connor Caulder and Brandon Lane. Caulder dialed 4.77 in his dragster, and Lane dialed his Camaro in at 5.96. Lane took the starting line advantage by .008 and ran dead on his dial with a 4, for a total package of .018. Caulder ran dead on with a 3, but the difference at the tree cost him, with Brandon Lane having the smaller overall package and taking home the win in Sunday’s ROBCO Residential Top ET.
Footbrake
In Southern Tide Homes Footbrake, Tyler Sears and George Chisolm faced off in the final round. Sears dialed 6.85 and Chisolm dialed 6.36. This one was over before it got started, as Chisolm turned on the red light by .043. Tyler Sears is the Sunday Southern Tide Homes Footbrake winner.
Junior Dragster
Dynamite Trailer Sales Junior Dragster is the final stop of the evening. Jordyn Roberts and Ethan Locklear came to the water box together for the final round. Jordyn put up a 11.30 dial against Ethan and his 7.99. Ethan took a .074 second advantage at the tree and ran 80.13. Jordyn ran 11.319, but it just wasn’t enough to get there. Ethan Locklear is the Sunday Dynamite Trailer Sales Junior Dragster winner.
