5/24/23 – Welcome to the DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List presented by Laris Motorsports Insurance. Each week we rank the best Jr. racers across the country based on their weekly performances. Nominations are accepted every Monday evening on our Facebook page.

DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List

1 – Olivia Kreyer

Olivia Kreyer staged up for three finals this past weekend at Byron Dragway. She picked up a win and runner-up in the Jr. Dragster class and a runner-up in the Jr. Street class to claim the top spot.

2 – Blake Toler

Blake Toler captured a win and runner-up at Kinston Dragstrip this past weekend to earn the 2nd spot on the Top 10 list.

3 – Louis Crockett

Louis Crockett made back-to-back finals at Virginia Motorsports Park this past weekend. On Friday night, he held the bye run to the finals, but curfew wouldn’t allow the race to finish. On Saturday, he won the race with around 50 Juniors in competition.

4 – Reed Carpenter

Reed Carpenter made three final round appearances at the Midwest Jr Super Series season opener to claim the 4th spot on the Top 10 list. He won the 6-9 Age Group and the 6-9 Pro Sportsman class. He also earned the 6-9 Sportsman runner-up.

5 – Summer Gibson

Summer Gibson rounds out the top 5 by earning 4 wins in her first 3 weekends of the season. Her most recent win came this past weekend at Dragway 42 .

6 – Grayson Herbert

In his last 4 outings, Grayson Herbert earned a semi-final finish, 2 runner-ups and a win. His win this past weekend was in the All Run category at No Problem Raceway.

7 – Shelby Roy

Shelby Roy claimed back-to-back wins at the DER Division 3 races at Bristol Dragway to earn the 7th spot on the Top 10 list.

8 – Madi Clark

After a win at an Index race the weekend before, Madi Clark raced her way to the win in the 7.90 class at the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular at Dragway 42. She also went on to win the run-off between the 7.90, 8.90 and 11.90 for her first Iron Man trophy and punched her ticket to the IHRA World Finals.

9 – Frankie Aragona III

Frankie Aragona III parked his ride in the Winner’s Circle once again to earn the 9th spot on the Top 10 list. He previously won the Atco National Open and followed it up with a win at the Mid Atlantic Jr Dragster race this past weekend.

10 – Forrest Radford

Forrest Radford made back-to-back weekend final round appearances to earn a spot on the Top 10 list. This past weekend he picked up a win in the DER series at Bristol and the in the weekend prior, he claimed a runner-up finish.
