Lewis Doubles Up at King of the Coast Event 6
Thirteen racers earned wins at Event 6 of the 20th Annual BTE King of the Coast Bracket Racing Series at Gulfport Dragway.
GULFPORT, MS- Event #6 of the 20th Annual BTE King of the Coast Bracket Racing Series presented by David McMurtry Engines series took place on November 1-3, 2024, at Gulfport Dragway. Gaylon Rolison Jr. and his team continue the tradition of wealthy paydays, unforgettable competition, and plenty of fun throughout their events. This event featured an array of classes including $5,000-to-win Electronics, $3,000-to-win Footbrake, Sportsman, and several Junior Dragster categories. Additionally, the BTE King of the Coast Tournament of Champions for Sportsman also took place over the weekend.
Mark your calendars for Event #7, scheduled to take place from December 6-8, 2024, once again at Gulfport Dragway.

Saturday Results
Rick’s Powdercoating & Customs Electronics $5K
Landon Neely captured the Saturday $5,000 Electronics win over Wayne Henry.
Mike Miller was the lone semi-finalist.
Alliance Race Wear Footbrake $3K
Timmy Fieramusca picked up the Saturday $3K Footbrake final round win over Jonathan Booth.
Larry Seguin was the semi-finalist.
Velocity Racing Carbs Sportsman
In Saturday’s Sportsman class, Jerry Rogers earned himself the final round win by defeating Ron Solmon.
Jimmy Cox and Layne Lewis were the semi-finalists.
Velocity Racing Carbs Sportsman Tournament of Champions
Jonathan Hardy captured the Sportsman Tournament of Champions final round win over Jerry Rogers.
Junior Specialties/ S&W Powersports Junior Dragsters presented by Bone Shaker Motorsports
Berry Performance Ages 7-9
Addi Paul picked up the Saturday Berry Performance 7-9 Age Group Junior Dragster win over Hollyn Paul.
Bone Shaker Motorsports Ages 10-12
In Saturday’s Bone Shaker Motorsports 10-12 Age Group Junior Dragster class, Kendall Stephenson earned the final round win over Jillian Sandrock.
Grayson Herbert and Elleigh Sykes were the semi-finalists.
Pearce Automotive Ages 13-17
Ryan Alexander claimed the Pearce Automotive 13-17 Age Group Junior Dragster win over Tristian Ryan on Saturday.
The lone semi-finalist was Zack Pearce.
Sunday Results

Sunday’s Electronics $5K featured Thomas Holley and Danny Paul in the final round with Holley taking home the win.
Shallon Broussard was the lone semi-finalist.

In Sunday’s Footbrake $3K, Aaron Hill captured the final round win over Thomas Holley.
Mike Payne and Larry Seguin were the semi-finalists.
Velocity Racing Carbs Sportsman
Sunday’s Sportsman final round featured Layne Lewis and Jimmy Cox squaring off to see who would take home the win. In the final, Lewis claimed the win over Cox.
Jerry Rogers was the semi-finalist.

In Sunday’s Berry Performance 7-9 Age Group Junior Dragster class, Addi Paul claimed the final round win over sibling, Hollyn Paul.
