Robert Gregory and Kendal Little collected wins at the 7th Annual Charlie Stewart Race Cars Cowtown Winter Throwdown Practice Tree Race.
KENNEDALE, TX- With racing at a halt during the off-season, many racers look forward to the numerous practice tree races across the nation. This past weekend, Ryan Gleghorn and Nathan Martin held their 7th Annual Charlie Stewart Race Cars Cowtown Winter Throwdown Practice Tree Race on Saturday, January 6, 2024. The event featured a $500-to-win H.J. Smith Automobiles Warm-up Race and a $5,000-to-win DragCoverage Main Event. There was also a Oakley Motorsports $500 Bottom Bulb Bonus for the last standing Bottom Bulb racer in competition.
Over 200 entires from multiple states competed for the top prize and just two racers, Robert Gregory and Kendall Little walked away with wins.

H.J. Smith Automobiles Warm Up- $500-to-win
Robert Gregory picked up the H.J. Smith Automobiles $500-to-win Warm-up race win over bottom bulb winner, Kevin Martin who had claimed both entries in the bottom bulb final and raced his way to another final.

DragCoverage Main Event- $5,000-to-win
In the DragCoverage Main Event, it was the return of bottom bulb dominance as Kendal Little swept the semi-finals of Bottom Bulb and picked up the Oakley Engine Performance $500 Bonus. Kendal then joined the top bulbers and went on to defeat Chad Broom in the $5,000 final round.
