Staging Light OktoberFast Bracket Nationals Returns to Edgewater

Make plans now to attend the 2nd Annual Staging Light OktoberFast Bracket Nationals on September 19-22, 2024 at Edgewater Sports Park.

CLEVES, OH- The Staging Light OktoberFast Bracket Nationals heads to Edgewater Sports Park September 19-22, 2024, bringing with it affordable big money bracket racing. It also happens to be scheduled right between the OG Million and the Fall Fling, making it an easy stop for those traveling between those events. The weekend main events will feature two $10Ks, and the One Sky Media $20K on Saturday all for a weekend entry of just $400! In addition, there will also be a Thursday “Bracket Racer’s” Test & Tune, $3K Friday Gamblers Race, and a $3K Saturday Gamblers Race. Junior Dragsters were also added this year and will run for $400-to-win on both Saturday and Sunday!

MotorManiaTV will be on-site and covering the action all weekend long! The livestream sponsors are Weldon High Performance, Hot Shot’s Secret and Vickers Performance Transmissions. 

Fun Fact: Cincinnati is home to the largest Oktoberfest celebration in the United States, and the second largest in the WORLD, second only to the original in Germany!

Main Events $10K/ $20K/ $10K

On Hootenanny Friday and Safety Track Sunday, racers will have the opportunity to run for $10,000-to-win. On One Sky Media Saturday, racers will compete for $20,000. The gate weekend entry for all three days is only $400 which is a $130 savings over the single day prices. If you do want to get a single day entry, the $10Ks are $150 and the $20K will be $230. There will be a re-entry option if you lose first round. The $10K’s re-entry fee is $100 and the $20K is $150.

RS#3 Motorsports will award the racer with the round 1 best losing package a FREE re-entry each day of the event!

Summit No-Box Bonuses!

For the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday main events, a Summit Racing Equipment No-Box segment will be run separate, with a separate bye run, down to 1. The No-Box winner receives a bonus and advances into the next round of the Box main event. The bonus will double if more than 32+ cars in No-Box! The No-Box bonus for the $10K events are $500 + $100 Summit Gift Card and $1,000 + $100 Summit Gift Card for the $20K event.

No-Box will be single entry only. Any 2nd entries must run with Box door cars.

Junior Dragsters

Junior Dragsters are also invited in on the fun and will run for $400-to-win on both Saturday and Sunday. Runner-ups will earn $100 and semi-finalists will cash in for $50. The entry fee is $50 per race with a $20 buyback available should you not turn on that first round win light. Racers will be split into two age groups, 6-11 and 12-17. Age groups will be called separate however, the last 6-11 in line may run a 12-17. There is a 16 car minimum for the payouts.

Extras

Thursday “Bracket Racer’s Test N’ Tune!”

Finally, REAL practice for Bracket Racers! Test n’ Tune or test in race mode with dial-ins and handicap starts. Dial-in every pass and practice in “race mode”, and keep running, win or lose! Prizes for Best Package, closest winning MOV (no reds and no breakouts) of the night by 9:30pm will face off for a FREE WEEKEND ENTRY ($400 value!) Entry is $40 and will be run on Thursday from 5:30pm – 10:30pm.

Friday & Saturday Night Gamblers Races

Friday and Saturday night will both feature a $3K Gamblers Race! Winner takes home $3,000 and runner-up will earn $800. $40 round money starts with 3rd round winners. The entry fee is $100 and it will be all run with no double entries allowed. There will be a $50 buyback if there are more than 110 cars.

Gamblers Bonus!

If there are over 132 entries, the Gamblers race payout will increase to $4,000-to-win and if there are over 150 entries, it will increase to $5,000-to-win!

All other rounds: All doubles called first.
