1 – Nasty Nick Hastings

Nick Hastings

Nasty Nick leads the Top 10 List after destroying the No-Box field at the Great American Dream Team Challenge at Holly Springs. Nick doubled up Friday night winning the Thursday and Friday $10K’s. On Saturday, Nick was on the winning No-Box Dream Team but he wasn’t done. Hastings saved his best for the last day as he ran himself in Sunday’s $10K No-Box final round.

2 – Cooter Hidalgo

Jimmy Hidalgo Jr. grabs the #2 spot this week after a making three finals at the NHRA D4 doubleheader in Dallas. In the first race on Friday, Hidalgo won Super Stock and was runner-up in Stock. Sunday, he returned to the winners circle after winning the Stock Eliminator final. In addition to his success over the weekend, he also won Stock at the Cajun Sportsnationals a couple of weeks ago.

3 – Jeff Taylor

Jeff Taylor followed his $50K victory at the Spring Fling Galot, where he ran himself in the final, with a $30K score at the Numidia 150. In addition to his main event victory, Taylor also showed out in every race over the weekend. He was doubled down to 5 cars in Friday’s $10K, he was runner-up in the Shootout, and also won the Run for the Money.

4 – Team Cody Graham

Local favorites Team Cody Graham used their extensive knowledge of Holly Springs to capture the Top Bulb Dream Team championship. Cody Graham, Trevor Moore, Kyle Cunningham, Rusty Ashmore, and Ton Newberry outlasted the field to add their names to the impressive list of Dream Team champions.

5 – Team Lucas Walker

Lucas Walker and his all-star cast of teammates cruised to the No-Box Dream Team championship. Walker, Charlie Lockhart, Nick Hastings, Taylor Bowling, and Donnie Hagar proved to be more than the competition could handle at Holly Springs.

6 – AJ Ashe

AJ Ashe

AJ Ashe is enjoying a solid year after posting wins on seemingly a weekly basis. Ashe added another impressive victory when he won Thursday’s $25K race.

6 – Hunny Wayne

Hunter Patton

Hunter Patton won his second $20,000+ race of the season after winning Friday’s $25K at the Dream Team race. Patton also won $20K earlier this year in Belle Rose.

6 – Rusty Ashmore

Rusty Ashmore

Rusty Ashmore was on the winning Top Bulb Dream Team and won $25,000 on Sunday. After capturing the team championship on Saturday, Ashmore drove through the field to defeat Jake Levatino in Sunday’s $25K final round.

7 – Zach Livingston

Zach Livingston lands in the #7 spot this week after an impressive outing at the Gallstar Midwest Bracketfest. Livingston won the No-Box Bonus on Saturday to earn a spot in the Top Bulb main event. After joining the Top Bulb class, Livingston continued his winning ways and took home the $11,000 main event.

8 – Austin Sharpe

Austin Sharpe secured a Top 10 showing after winning Sunday’s $11,000 main event at the Gallstar Midwest Bracketfest.

9 – Michael Underwood

Michael Underwood earns a Top 10 spot this week after winning the MVP award at the Lil Bucks Hootenanny. Competing in the No-Box class, Underwood was doubled down to four cars on Sunday before winning the race. He was also doubled down to eight cars on Saturday night which secured the weekend MVP award.

10 – Cameron Groff

Cameron Groff closes out the Top 10 List after racing to a win and a runner-up at the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular at Kil-Kare. Groff won the Sportsman class and was also runner-up in the Pro class.
