First-time TB Promotions winners cash in at TB East Coast Twin Fifties
Chad Traylor and Richard Alford Jr. cashed in for big money at the TB East Coast Twin Fifties race at Virginia Motorsports Park.
NORTH DINWIDDIE, VA – Chad Traylor and Richard Alford Jr. led the weekend at the TB East Coast Twin Fifties after they both cashed in for $50,000 on Friday and Saturday. Both drivers were able to hoist their first ever TB Promotions big check and trophy. Traylor was wheeling the Anthony Bertozzi owned dragster, while Alford had to jump in Chad Duke’s Camaro halfway through the race after breaking his personal car.
Following them was Jayden Lawler, who took the 2025 American Race Cars dragster back to North Carolina with him after winning the warm-up race on Thursday.
The Fuel Factory 48 Shootout unfortunately had to be cancelled due to weather on Wednesday.

This is the first time the TB Promotions team brought their race schedule to the east coast, and they were excited to see lots of new faces. The event consisted of a warm-up race on Thursday for a 2025 American Race Cars chassis that was completely wired and painted, a $50,000 race on Friday, a $50,000 race on Saturday, and two days of big bonuses for no-box racers.
