Gallstar Midwest Bracketfest NEW Format for 2025!

Mark your calendars for the Gallstar Bracket Races Fuel Factory Midwest Bracketfest presented by Erson Cams June 20-22, 2025 at Cedar Falls Motorsports Park.

CEDAR FALLS, IA – Gallstar Bracket Races returns to Iowa’s hottest track, Cedar Falls Motorsports Park, with the Fuel Factory Midwest Bracketfest presented by Erson Cams, June 20–22, 2025. This three-day bracket racing event will feature a new format for 2025, including a $10,000-to-win Weekend Warm-Up race, twin $16,000-to-win main events, No Box bonuses, Jr. Dragster Shootouts, and the Saturday night Battle of the Ages!

NEW for 2025: This event will be pay at the gate for the main events – no pre-entry required! However, the team at Gallstar Bracket races is asking if racers could sign-up on their website just to let them know you will be attending. $10,000 Weekend Warm-up + Test n’ Tune

New for 2025 is Friday’s Weekend Warm-Up race, featuring a $10,000-to-win payout. For just a $150 entry fee, racers can compete for $10,000 to the winner, $2,000 to the runner-up, $1,000 to each semi-finalist, and $500 to each quarter-finalist. A Round 2 buyback will be available for $100. Double entries are permitted, and the race will go to a ladder at eight cars remaining.

In addition, between rounds of the Warm-Up race, there will be a Test n’ Tune session from 4 PM to 8 PM for $40.

$16,000-to-win Main Events

Saturday and Sunday will each feature a Sweet Sixteen $16,000-to-win main event. The runner-up will earn $5,000 and semi-finalists will win $1,500 with round money starting with 3rd round winners. There will be a re-entry buyback available for $100 if needed. The two-day single entry is $375 or you can do a two-day double entry for $700. The one-day single entry price will be $225. All to be paid at the gate!

There will also be a Drag Race Solutions Last Chance Lotto available for $10 a ticket. One winner will have the opportunity to be placed back into round three of competition. The second ticket drawn each day will win a $150 Drag Race Solutions certificate.

Zach Livingston and Austin Sharpe picked up the 2024 $11,000 Main Event wins.

No-Box Bonus

Lehmicke Construction No Box racers will run separate each day until only one remains. The final No Box competitor will earn a $600 No Box Bonus on both Saturday and Sunday, then will continue on into the $16,000 main event alongside the rest of the field.

Jr. Dragster Shootout

Also new for this year’s event is the addition of the Bacon Builders Jr. Dragster Shootouts on both Saturday and Sunday. Each shootout will award $500 to the winner, $100 to the runner-up, and $50 to each semi-finalist. A Round 2 buyback will be available for $20. The shootouts are capped at 16 cars and require pre-entry. Pre-entry opened on May 2, 2025, with the full $100 weekend entry fee due at sign-up. Winners will also receive big checks and mini Gallstar trophies! The Jr. Dragster Shootouts are currently SOLD OUT.

Saturday Night Battle of the Ages: Young vs. Old

Saturday night will feature a brand-new addition to the Gallstar Bracket Races lineup: the $1,000-to-win Battle of the Ages presented by TrailerToad.com. In this unique showdown, 16 randomly selected racers—8 from the 49-and-under group and 8 from the 50-and-over group—will compete in a young-versus-old format. Each group will race head-to-head until one finalist remains from each side, and then the two champions (Young vs Old) will face off for a $1,000 prize.

Pre-entry is required for this event and opened on May 2. The entry fee is $20, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Spectators/ crew gate fees are $10 a day or $20 for the weekend. Kids 12 & under are FREE!
