DragChamp Top 10 List

1 – Cooper Chun

Cooper Chun takes the top spot for the second consecutive week after following his historic Spring Fling Million victory with a Super Comp runner-up at the NHRA 4-Wide Nationals. Competing in his second national event final, Cooper let go .005 but was -.014 under the 9.05 index beside Kris Whitfield’s .011 pack. COOP came within a blink of an eye of marking two major accomplishments off his wish list. With the Million trophy in hand, I’m sure a NHRA Wally is not far behind.

2 – Rusty Ashmore

Rusty Ashmore put on a show at CP’s Racer Appreciation Bash at State Capitol Raceway. Ashmore parked his Old’s in the winners circle twice in four days capturing both Thursday’s and Saturday’s $10K’s to take the two spot this week.

6 – Joey Moore

DragChamp Pro member Joey Moore also had a great couple of weeks in his 4th Gen Camaro. Moore traveled to Vegas with the aforementioned Jones and posted a deep run down to 9 cars in the Million where he lost to Jones. He exacted revenge on Saturday at Indianapolis Raceway Park where he stopped Jones in the final on Saturday. Moore added a semifinal finish on Sunday to lock in the #6 spot.

7 – Justin Lamb

Justin Lamb has been outstanding this year both in bracket racing and NHRA class racing. On the NHRA side, Justin has made three straight national event final round appearances winning Stock at the Arizona Nationals and grabbing runner-up finishes in Super Stock at the Winternationals and Vegas 4-Wide Nationals. He also won a bracket race last month at Vegas and made several deep runs at the Spring Fling Million.
