Chavers and Fuller Sr. Top Winners at KOC Event #4
Ten racers captured wins at Event #4 of the 22nd Annual BTE King of the Coast Bracket Racing Series at Gulfport Dragway.
GULFPORT, MS- The BTE King of the Coast Bracket Racing Series presented by David McMurtry Engines series held its fourth event of the season on September 4-6, 2026, at Gulfport Dragway. Gaylon Rolison Jr. and his team continue the tradition of wealthy paydays, unforgettable competition, and plenty of fun throughout their events. Event #4 featured an array of classes including $7,500-to-win Electronics, $4,000-to-win Footbrake, Sportsman, and two Junior Dragster categories. Saturday also feature the $1,000-to-win FREE entry Quick 16!
Mark your calendars for Event #5, scheduled to take place from September 18-20, 2026, once again at Gulfport Dragway.

Rick’s Powdercoating & Customs Electronics $7.5K
Matthew Chavers captured the Saturday $7,500 Electronics win over Matt Richard.
Kholten Fuller and Bryan Nichols were the semi-finalists.
Quick 16
Back again for Event #4 was the $1,000-to-win Quick 16, which offered FREE entry with the purchase of an electronics tech card. In the final, it was Wes Neely who came out on top, earning the win over Mike Nicoll.
Landon Neely and Steven Barnett were the semi-finalists.

Junior Dragsters Ages 10-12
In Saturday’s 10-12 Age Group Junior Dragster class, Eston Carpenter earned the final round win over Julianna Gersten.
Jack Gerston and Mila Figueroa were the semi-finalists.
Pearce Automotive Junior Dragsters Ages 12-17
Kylie Ortego claimed the Pearce Automotive 12-17 Age Group Junior Dragster win over Jace Esneault on Saturday.
The lone semi-finalist was Kane Kern.
