11/3/21 – Welcome to the Jr. Racer Top 10 List. Each week we rank the best Jr. racers across the country based on their weekly performances. Nominations are accepted every Monday evening on our Facebook page.

DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List

1 – Jason Johnson

Racin’ Jason Johnson doubled up at Capital City’s Halloween Spooktacular winning $1,000 in the 6-9 class and the $10K race that had 217 entries. Jason won the biggest Jr. race of the season in a 12-second Jr. racing against much older racers with faster cars.

2 – Gage Wilson

Gage Wilson cracked’em at Thunder Valley winning both days in the Jr. class and in the Jr. Street class. Four wins in the same weekend!

3 – Luke Jordan

Luke Jordan won his second race in a row to secure the #3 spot. After winning $5,000 in Holly Springs, Luke raced to the $1,000 7.90 Index win at Capital City.

4 – Will Willard

Will Willard won at Farmington Dragway and Mooresville on Halloween weekend after a win and runner-up the last 2 weekends at Elk Creek.

5 – Cole Foster

Cole Foster doubled up at the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series race at Alamo City Motorplex winning 7.90 Index and the All Run Big Money class.

6 – Ava Badgett

Ava Badgett won Pro Eliminator class and the Grand Champions race at Farmington Dragway, Badgett also picked up a runner-up at Rockingham the previous week.

7 – Carson Emmett

Carson Emmett made the finals of the $10K at the Halloween Spooktacular for the second consecutive season. Although he missed the big payday once again, it’s still an impressive accomplishment to make the finals two years in a row against the best racers in the country.

8 – Revin Mosley

Revin Mosley doubled at the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series race at Alamo City Motorplex getting the win in 11.90 Index and in 6-9 Age Group.

9 – Collin Russell

Collin Russell doubled up at CP’s Halloween Havoc race at I-30 Dragway.

10 – Austin “lil DragChamp” Free

Austin Free rolled into the SouthWest Jr. Dragster Series race in San Antonio hot off of two consecutive victories. He made it three straight finals when he drove to final in 7.90 Index on Saturday where he came up short to Cole Foster. On Sunday, Austin raced to a pair of quarterfinal appearances in the 12-17 Age Group class and the All Run Big Money class. He made a total of 18 rounds at the two day event.
