Three Winners Crowned at Kentucky Bottom Bulb

Androff, Lancaster, and Lockhart picked up wins at the Kentucky Bottom Bulb Bash at Beacon Dragway.

PADUCAH, KY- The past weekend, June 16-19, 2022, bottom bulb racers took over Beacon Dragway for the Kentucky Bottom Bulb Bash. The original three-day event was combined into two due to weather and low entries. But the team put together a new format that still featured plenty of opportunities to win and gave racers a stab at two $10Ks and a Friday night $2K Gamblers Race.

Friday $2K Gamblers Race

In Friday’s $2K Gamblers Race, Javan Androff claimed the final round win over Charlie Lockhart.

Chas Nelson was the semi-finalist.

Saturday $10K Race #1

Seth Lancaster picked up the first $10K win of the weekend over David Bell.

Josh Green & Charlie Lockhart were the semi-finalists.

Saturday $10K Race #2

In Saturday’s $10K Race #2, Charlie Lockhart captured the final round win over Rick Baehr.

Race #1’s runner-up, David Bell was the lone semi-finalist.
