Central Illiniois Dragway Second Midstate Lucky 7’s Results

Lamberson, Grafelman, Hutchison, Mileham, Woodmancy, and Hearn captured wins at the second Central Illinois Dragway Midstate Lucky 7’s Bracket Series race of the season.

HAVANA, IL- Central Illinois Dragway held the second race of their Midstate Lucky 7’s Bracket Series, June 2-4, 2023. The event featured two-days of $7,000-to-win Box, $1,750-to-win No Box, and $500-to-win Junior Dragsters. The next Midstate Lucky 7’s Bracket Series race at Central Illinois Dragway will be June 30- July 2, 2023.

Saturday Results

Box

Chad Lamberson defeated Hayden Bailey in the final round of Box for the $7000 big check! This was Lamberson’s first outing in his new Dragster.

No Box

Harry Grafelman defeated Paul Sawyer in the final round of Saturday’s No Box class.

Junior Dragster

Bentley Hutchison picked up the win in Saturday’s Junior Dragster class over Eliza Kerley.

Sunday Results

Box

Brian Mileham cashed in for $7,000 after defeating Corey Wood in the Sunday Box class.

No Box

Adam Woodmancy was double entered at three cars and beat Paul Sawyer to take home the win in Sunday’s No Box class.

Junior Dragster

Timothy “T-Bone” Hearn defeated Sydnee Johnston in the final of Sunday’s Junior Dragster class.
