Great American Bracket Race Dream Team Weekend Back for 2023

Coming up soon is the 6th Annual Moser Engineering Great American Bracket Race Dream Team Weekend presented by Renegade Race Fuels May 18-21, 2023 at Holly Springs Motorsports Park.

HOLLY SPRINGS, MS- The 6th Annual Moser Engineering Great American Bracket Race Dream Team Weekend presented by Renegade Race Fuels is coming up on May 18-21, 2023 at Holly Spring Motorsports Park. This four-day event will feature triple $25K’s for Top Bulb, triple $10K’s for Bottom Bulb and of course the always highly anticipated SDPC Raceshop Racing Engines Dream Team Challenge!

Top Bulb $25K’s & Bottom Bulb $10K’s

All racers can compete in the Top Bulb $25K or the Bottom Bulb $10K races! Racers do NOT have to be on a Dream Team to compete in the Bottom Bulb/ Top Bulb side races. These triple races will take place on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Saturday will be dedicated to the Dream Team event.

Top Bulb racers will compete each day for $25K and runner-ups will earn $3,000. The three-day race entry fee is $550 or a single day entry is $200. There will be a buyback available 1st or 2nd round for $150. If there are more than 256 entries, it will get cut to just a 1st round buyback.

Bottom Bulb racers will have the opportunity to win $10K each day and runner-ups will take home $2,000. The three-day race entry will be $320 or a single day will be $140. Buyback s will be available 1st or 2nd round for $120. If there are more than 256 entries, it will get cut to just a 1st round buyback.

Dream Team Challenge

The SDPC Raceshop Racing Engines Dream Team Challenge presented by Renegade Race Fuels is back for 2023! The Dream Team Challenge is where teams of talented racers compete against each other to determine who is the best of the best. The sky is the limit when it comes to forming your “Dream Team” because drivers can be from anywhere you choose.

Teams are made up of five either Top Bulb or Bottom Bulb drivers. This year, Junior Dragsters will run their Dream Team Challenge at the Christmas on the Coast event. Teams will race other teams in a best of 5 round with the winning team advancing the next round until there is one team standing in a 100% payback main event!

Since there was so much interest in the Dream Team Challenge, this year they have expanded Top Bulb to 48 Teams and Bottom Bulb to 24 Teams. With this change there will be a bye in the Semis for both Top and Bottom Bulb Teams. When the race reaches the Semi-Final, the ladder will reset with the team with best overall reaction time from the previous round earning the bye run. *All Red Lights will be set/counted as a .030 reaction time.

Dream Team Registration

For Top Bulb, the team entry fee is $1,500 and for Bottom Bulb it is $1,000.

The 2023 SDPC Raceshop Dream Team Registration will RE-OPEN April 17 at 6pm central time!

4 Bottom Bulb Teams and 7 Top Bulb Teams will be available when the links go live again. There will be a deposit due at registration and it will be $300 for Top Bulb teams and $200 for Bottom Bulb teams. The remaining entry fee balance will be due May 1, 2023. Be sure to be ready to get your teams locked in for the most unique team race of the year in Holly Springs, Mississippi!

Spectator gate fee is $15 per day or $50 for the full weekend. Kids 10 & Under are FREE!
