Race Results from Ten G at BG

The pits were full during the return of Beech Bend Raceway Park’s Ten G at BG over the weekend. Three $10,000 winners were crowned, and spoiler alert: they were all dragsters!

BOWLING GREEN, KY – The Quick Fuel Ten G at BG series that has had past success made it’s return to Beech Bend Raceway Park. The event has three $10,000 to win races where the purse is guaranteed. As if the racing wasn’t enough action, there’s also an amusement park and water park on the same property.

Friday Results

After a couple of rain delays on Friday, the skies cleared up and racing resumed. After racing up into the early morning hours, it was decided to pick up in round three on Saturday. The last three standing were Larry Martin, Jesse Bobo, and Mike Bloomfield, Jr.

After Martin fell at three, it was down to Bobo and Bloomfield to battle for the first $10K payday. Jesse Bobo came out on top to take the money back to Mississippi.

Saturday Results

The car count increased to over 400 entries for Saturday’s race. The semifinal round was made of Mason Rochelle, Larry Martin, Luke Bogacki, and Erica Baker. In a classic door car versus dragster final round. Larry Martin wheeled his Camaro into the final against Erica Baker in her dragster. Baker’s .021 total package took the win by .007 over Martin.

Sunday Results

Just like a lot of big money bracket races, the car count dropped a bit on Sunday, but there were still over 300 entries for first round. The last day came down to another door car versus dragster final between Cody Graham and Rusty Fox. Fox took home the final $10,000 check when Graham left the starting line .001 red.
