Racing gets really RAD in Alberta

The Reeves Family (Owners of the Motorsport Entertainment Complex in Edmonton, Alberta) are thrilled to announce a long new term Title Name-In Partnership with RAD Torque Systems. The Facility (formerly known as Castrol Raceway), is undergoing an immediate re-brand as RAD Torque Raceway.

The Reeves’ have owned/operated the facility for the past 24 years; it’s a business built on passion for motorsports. “We couldn’t be happier to enter our 25th year in partnership with the Provost Family, who are also incredibly passionate about motorsports”. RAD Torque Systems has an incredible reputation as leading business industrialist as well tremendous supporter of various motorsport endeavors throughout North America. The Provosts’ commitment and confidence in our motorsport adventure is truly an honor and privilege.

The complete facility name re-brand as will be developed over the next few months. “The plan is to bring all of the pieces together to “officially” launch RAD Torque Raceway to coincide with the opening of the Canadian Tire Magic of Lights”; The Reeves’ are preparing to host a HUGE launch party to celebrate the partnership in mid-November.

The New partnership and facility name also comes with some pretty great facility improvements; the ¼ mile dragstrip will be resurfaced, new sound systems throughout the facility, LED lighting upgrades, and enhanced app-based competitor tech and registration.
