CP Racing Promotions Hosts Labor Day Racer Appreciation Bash
Self, Pennington, Casey, Howard, and Hughes claimed wins at the CP Racing Promotions Labor Day Racer Appreciation Bash at I-30 Dragway.
CADDO MILLS, TX- CP Racing Promotions held their Labor Day Racer Appreciation Bash August 31-September 4, 2022 at I-30 Dragway. The originally slated four day event was condensed to just two days due to weather. Box racers competed for two $20K’s and No Box racers raced for $15K on both days. There was also an invitational Junior Dragster class each day.

Saturday $20K Box
Bryce Self captured the Saturday $20K win over Tova Marshall.
David Stringer was the semi-finalist.

Saturday $15K No Box
Jeremy Casey picked-up the Saturday $10K No Box win over Kendal Little.
Rhett Seguin & Slade Brown were the semifinalists.

Saturday Junior Dragster Invitational
Over in Saturday’s Junior Dragster Invitational class, Leah Hughes claimed the win over Kendall Stephenson.
Landon Womack was the lone semi-finalist.

Sunday $20K Box
In Sunday;’s $20K Box class, Peeps Pennington drove to victory over Koy Collier.
Daryl Patton was the lone semi-finalist.

Sunday $15K No Box
Jake Howard captured the Sunday No Box $15K win over Casey Baugh.
Daryl Patton was the semi-finalist.

Sunday Junior Dragster Invitational
Leah Hughes strikes again in Sunday’s Junior Dragster Invitational class, this time getting the final round win over Collin Russell.
The semi-finalist was Kendall Stephenson.
