Pruett & Bridges Win $20K at Carolina Dragway March Madness

Pruett, Bridges, and Paschal capture wins at the Carolina Dragway March Madness Twin $20Ks Bracket Race.

AIKEN, SC- Carolina Dragway held their March Madness Bracket Race March 19-20, 2022. The event featured two twin $20,000-to-win races and one Saturday night $5,000-to-win 32-Car Dash 4 Cash Shootout. See full event results below!

$20K Saturday

Kevin Pruett claimed the Saturday $20K main event win over Bailey Dunn. In the final, Pruett was .021 and ran dead-on zero to get the win over Dunn’s .020 and 4.449 on a 4.43 dial.

Dustin Smiley and Jason Dewitt were the semi-finalists.

Saturday Night Dash 4 Cash $5K

In the Saturday night Dash 4 Cash $5K Shootout, TG Paschal picked up the win over David Brown. In the final, Brown left an unfortunate -.019 red giving the automatic win over to Paschal.

The semi-finalists were Josh Duggins and Shaun Lingerfelt.

$20K Sunday

In Sunday’s $20K main event, Isaac Bridges captured the win over Caraline McCarty. In the final, Bridges was .012 and ran dead-on eight for the win. McCarty was .006 and ran a 6.008 on a 5.99 dial-in claiming the runner-up spot.

The semi-finalist was Bailey Dunn who was still double-entered at this point and unfortunately couldn’t move on to the final due to a -.001 red light and a malfunction with the car in his second entry.
