CATAWISSA, PA- Are you ready for an unforgettable Fourth of July weekend? Look no further than the FRBR Promotions 3rd Annual AFCO Racing Independence Showdown presented by C2 Competition Converters & Machining at Numidia Dragway July 1-3, 2022.
This event features Triple $20K’s for Top Bulb, Triple $10K’s for No-Box, Triple $2K’s for Junior Dragsters, Saturday night Shootouts, pit vehicle race, Dash for Cash, and more!

KKC Performance Top Bulb- Triple $20K’s!
In KKC Performance Top Bulb, racers can compete for $20,000 each day. The runner-up finishers will earn $5,000 and the semi-finalists will win $2,000. There will be $200 round money started with the 4th round losers. The weekend entry will be $650 and gets you three opportunities to win $20,000! The single-day entry is $250 and there will be a first round buyback available for $180.

RoadRunner Race Fuels No-Box- Triple $10K’s!
No-Box competitors will race all three days for $10,000-to-win. The runner-up finisher will win $2,000 and the semi-finalists will earn $1,000. There will be $100 round money beginning 4th round losers. The full weekend entry fee will be $400 and the single day entry fee is $150. The 1st round buyback will be available for $100.

Greiner Bros Heating & Cooling Junior Dragster- Triple $2K’s!
Junior Dragster racers will run for $2,000 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Runner-up will earn $700 and the semi-finalists will win $300. There will be $40 Round Money started 4th round loser. The weekend entry fee will be $200 and a single day entry will be $80. First round buybacks will be $40.

Event Extras!
On Friday, there will be a Pep Boy’s Speed Shop & Off Road Dash for Cash and a BNM Performance Pit Vehicle Race. Saturday will feature a Racer Appreciation Dinner presented by Safeco Insurance. In addition to the dinner, the Jesse Wade Gang band will be putting on a live performance Saturday night presented by KKC Performance.
Diamond State Digital will be live streaming the event and Competitive Suspension will be the livestream sponsor.

Schedule
Parking will open at 5pm and close at 11pm on Thursday night. On Friday, gates will open at 7am with time trials beginning at 9am and eliminations to follow. The pit vehicle race will be Friday night as well. On Saturday, gates open once again at 7am with new entry time trials at 9:00am (new combination only) and eliminations beginning at 9:30am. The racer appreciation dinner will start at 6pm with Saturday shootouts to follow. Sunday gates will open at 7am with new entry time runs to begin at 8:30am and eliminations to get underway at 9am.
Crew members will be $15 per day or $40 for the full weekend. Kids 12 & Under are FREE.
