Bradenton Hosts Third $10K NHRA Points Weekend

Twenty-five racers visited the winner’s circle at Bradenton Motorsports Park’s third $10K NHRA Points Weekend.

BRADENTON, FL- Bradenton Motorsports Park completed their third The Gun Shoppe $10K NHRA Points Weekend April 9-10, 2022. They had over 280 entries on Saturday and 260 entries on Sunday which resulted in a super smooth event. On Friday, they held a #RacingforChaps Jr. Dragster Shootout and on Saturday and Sunday, they had: $10K Super Pro, $5K Pro, $1K Pro Cycle, Sportsman, and Junior Dragster classes.

Saturday Results

Super Pro

In Saturday’s $10K Super Pro class, C.J. Keen claimed the win over Austin Logan.

Pro

Manny Sousa captured the $5K Saturday Pro win over Gage Burch.

Sportsman

Jay Traina was victorious in Saturday’s Sportsman class. Getting the win over Jon Siegel.

Pro Cycle

Clyde Bell picked up the $1,000-to-win Pro Cycle victory over Roy Hagadorn.

Jr. Street

In Saturday’s Jr. Street class, Dylan MacNicol claimed the win over Dalton Browning.

Advanced Jr. Dragster

Ashlynn Fredrickson drove her dragster to the win in Saturday’s Advanced Jr. Dragster class over Alyson Reynolds.

Intermediate Jr. Dragster

In Saturday’s Intermediate Jr. Dragster class, Victoria Beaner claimed the win over Cameron Rich.

Novice Jr. Dragster

Emma Sickler was the Saturday Novice Jr. Dragster winner over Tyler Biddle.

Advanced Jr. Dragster Second Chance

Tyler Vinacco captured the Advanced Jr. Dragster Second Chance win over Hailey Shook.

Intermediate Jr. Dragster Second Chance

Matthew Pilon got the win in the Intermediate Jr. Dragster Second Chance class over Blake McClintock.

Novice Jr. Dragster Second Chance

In Novice Jr. Dragster Second Chance, Logan Widner claimed the final win light over Aria Hawkins.

Scott Mackie captured the $10K Sunday Super Pro win over Tim Martin.

Gerry Vizzo parked his ride in the winner’s circle, winning Sunday’s $5K Pro class over Bob Hyclak.

Sportsman

In Sunday’s Sportsman class, J.C. Cole picked up the win over Jason Renninger.

Pro Cycle

Mike Moore Jr. rode to victory on his motorcycle in Sunday’s Pro Cycle final over Roy Hagadorn.

Jr. Street

Arie Norton was the winner in Sunday’s Jr. Street class.

Advanced Jr. Dragster

Katie Craft drove to victory in Sunday’s Advanced Jr. Dragster class, picking up the win over Dylan MacNicol.

Intermediate Jr. Dragster

Makalya Duffett claimed Sunday’s Intermediate Jr. Dragster win over Hank Harding.

Novice Jr. Dragster

Logan Widner picked up the Sunday Novice Jr. Dragster win over Aria Hawkins.

Advanced Jr. Dragster Second Chance

Dewey Parks captured the Sunday Advanced Jr. Dragster Second Chance win over Peyton Shook.
