Racers Cash in at BMP Final Summit Super Series Points Race

Callaham, Montgomery, Goldsmith, and Grayson captured wins at the final Brainerd Motorsports Park IHRA Summit Super Series points race of the year.

RINGGOLD, GA- Brainerd Motorsports Park held their September IHRA Summit Super Series race September 10, 2022. The event featured multiple classes including: $3K-to-win Super Pro, No-Box/ Footbrake, Sportsman, and Junior Dragster. This was their final points race of the year and the 2022 Brainerd Motorsports Park IHRA Summit Super Series champions were crowned.

Super Pro

Tony Callaham from Pisquah, AL claimed the $3,000 Super Pro win over David Gray from Section, AL.

No Box

In Saturday’s No Box Footbrake class, Jeffrey Montgomery from Lindale, GA picked up the win over Hayden Wilson from Tallapoosa, GA.

Sportsman

Marty Goldsmith from Ringgold, GA was the Saturday Sportsman winner. David Bigham from Tunnel Hill, GA picked up the runner-up.

Junior Dragster

Logan Grayson from Murfreesboro, TN parked his Junior in the Winner’s Circle on Saturday night. The runner-up was Michael Ennis from Soddy Daisy, TN.
