Winners Emerge from GABR Red, White, & Blue Event

Several racers visited the winners circle at the 2nd Annual SDPC Raceshop GABR Red, White, & Blue event at Holly Springs.

HOLLY SPRINGS, MS – Britt Cummings & Gaylon Rolison put on the 2nd Annual SDPC Raceshop GABR Red, White, & Blue event over the weekend where top bulb racers raced for $20,000 & bottom bulb racers raced for $15,000.

Winners from all over visited the winners circle for the big paydays. Read the race recap below to meet the winners!

Friday

USA 100K 16-Car Shootout

Jordan Eaker defeated Chris Northup to head to the winners circle. Eaker took home an entry into the USA 100K main event, as well as both of the Moser Engineering 30K’s. Northup took home an entry into the USA 100K main event.

Top Bulb $2500 Gamblers

Cory Costin defeated Alan Gately in the final round to visit the winners circle.

Donnie Torres & Reggie Glenn were the semi-finalists.

Bottom Bulb $1500 Gamblers

Taylor Bowling defeated Nichole Lee to keep up his winners circle streak.

Semi-finalists were Jonathan Kay & Taylor Bowling, in his second entry.

Saturday

Top Bulb $20K

Chris “Boy Baby” Jones defeated John McDonald to take home the big payday.

Jordan Eaker was the semi-finalist.

Bottom Bulb $15K

David Bell picked up the big check after defeating Tim Garrison in the final round.

Semi-finalists were Rick Baehr & Chad Sandlin.

Sunday

Top Bulb $20K

Buddy Ferrell defeated Tony Newberry in the final round to pick up the big check & the big Sunday payday.

Heath Davis was the semi-finalist.

Bottom Bulb $15K

Kyle Rumley picked up the big win after defeating Mitchell Reaves in the final round.

Brad Davis & Gary Hagen were the semi-finalists.

Megan Bohannon is a 25 year old Super Comp racer from Louisville, Kentucky. She races a 2015 American Dragster with a 648 Oakley Motorsports Engine. Growing up at the racetrack, drag racing is all she has known and never plans to give up on it.
