4/27/22 – Welcome to the DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List presented by Laris Motorsports Insurance. Each week we rank the best Jr. racers across the country based on their weekly performances. Nominations are accepted every Monday evening on our Facebook page.

DragChamp Jr. Racer Top 10 List

1 – Luka Markham

Luka Markham leads the list this week after doubling up at Beech Bend Raceway Park adding on to his 3 finals in his last 3 races.

2 – Jordan Denny

After leading last weeks list Jordan Denny takes the number 2 spot after picking up yet another win. Denny has made five final round appearances in the last two weeks.

3 – Curtis Peek

Curtis Peek won a Wally at Silver Dollar Motorsports Park making his 4th win in a row.

4 – Braden Bowden

Braden Bowden snags the number 4 spot after doubling up in Indy.

5 – Brendan Nuttall

Brendan Nuttall made his 4th consecutive final, 2 wins and 2 runner-ups.

6 – Slate Hrabina

Slate Hrabina dominated the Sportsman Jr. class at Houston Raceway this year finishing first in points. This qualified him for the winner take all track championship shootout at the NHRA SpringNationals. There he raced through the field of top points earners capturing the track championship after defeating Top 10 regular Kane Kern in the final round. He then faced off against the Advanced Jr. champion, Landon Emmons, in the Race of Champions runoff. Slate rose to the challenge and will now represent Houston Raceway in the ROC at the D4 bracket finals later this year.

7 – Brayden Todd

Brayden Todd made his 4th final in a row at I-22 Dragway.

8 – Hayden James

Hayden James picked up a win and runner-up at Silver Dollar Motorsports Park putting him in the number 8 spot this week.

9 – Riley Sherbondy

Riley Sherbondy takes the number 9 spot after picking up a win and runner up in Indy.

10 – O’Riley Benda

O’Riley Benda rounds out this week’s list after winning back to back titles at Ethridge Motorsports Park.
