DragChamp Top 10 List

1 – Kyle Rizzoli

Kyle Rizzoli continued his domination of the West Coast NHRA Stock/Super Stock tour. After winning Stock at the Winternationals a few weeks ago, Rizzoli went back-to-back after winning the 4-Wide Nationals the following week. He extended his win streak this past weekend at the D7 LODRS doubleheader by racing to a win in Super Stock and a runner-up in Stock in the first race of the weekend. His hot start to the season has him leading both classes in the national points standings.

2 – Josh Sutton

Josh Sutton posted wins at Music City and Beech Bend last weekend to land in the #2 spot. Sutton won $5K at Music City on Saturday in his dragster and then hoped in his Mustang at Bowling Green where he won the Footbrake class.

3 – Sherman Adcock

Sherman Adcock has been to five NHRA races this season and has earned FOUR Wally’s! The former world champ has been almost unstoppable in his Super Gas Corvette winning all four of the D2 LODRS races along with posting a 3rd round finish at the Gatornationals. His win last week at Silver Dollar Motorsports Park extended his already huge lead in the NHRA Super Gas national standings.

4 – Tyler Caheely

Tyler Caheely nearly doubled up at Silver Dollar Motorsports Park last week after winning Super Stock and adding a runner-up in Top Sportsman.

5 – Tommy Jackson II

Tommy Jackson II has been on a tear lately. A few weeks ago he posted a couple of semifinal finishes which he followed by running himself in the No-Box final at Holly Springs the next week. A week later Jackson parked his Camaro in the winners circle once again to earn another Top 10 showing.

6 – Ryan Haluska

Ryan Haluska doubled up at Sacramento Raceway last weekend to snag the #6 spot. Haluska won the Sportsman class on Saturday and Sunday for his third straight victory in his street driven pickup truck.

7 – Brad Plourd

Bad Brad grabs a Top 10 spot this week after winning Stock at the D4 LODRS at Noble, OK. The win comes on the heels of his $5K split and quit final last weekend at Baileyton.

8 – Jennifer Varner

While Jennifer Varner is more accustom to seeing her kids on the Jr. Racer Top 10 List, this week she takes the spotlight after racing to a win and a runner-up at Carolina Dragway.

9 – Bradley Richardson

Bradley Johnson opened his 2023 campaign by making four finals in his first two events. After picking up a No-Box and and Super Pro runner-up a few weeks ago, Johnson found himself in two finals once again at Etheridge Motorsports Park last weekend. Although he came up short in both finals, his performance earned him a Top 10 spot this week.

10 – FRBR Coastal Clash $10K Winners

Jerry Birchfield and David Tucker both cashed for $10,000 at the FRBR Coastal Clash a week ago at US 13 Dragway.
