Bradenton Motorsports Park Holds Second $10K Points Weekend

Bradenton Motorsports Park’s second NHRA Summit Super Series Gun Shoppe Points Weekend is in the books.

BRADENTON, FL- Bradenton Motorsports Park held their second NHRA Summit Series Gun Shoppe Points Weekend February 18-20, 2022. The event featured classes such as $10K to-win Super Pro, $5K to-win Pro, Sportsman, Pro Cycle, Junior Street and Junior Dragsters. On Friday night, there was also a Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced Junior Dragster #RacingforChaps shootout!

Saturday Results

Super Pro

Brothers, Troy Williams Jr and Gary Williams went to battle in Saturday’s $10,000-to-win Super Pro final round. After the smoke cleared, it was Troy Williams Jr who picked up the win.

Pro

In Saturday’s Pro class, Aaron Milton picks up the final win over Danielle Mocny.

Sportsman

Jon Siegel parks his Cadillac in the Winner’s Circle getting the Saturday Sportsman win over Danny Foster.

Pro Cycle

Luc David took the Saturday Pro Cycle win over Nicklas Bowling III.

Jr Street

In Saturday’s Jr. Street class, Dylan MacNicol captured the win over Addison Fernandez.

Advanced Jr. Dragster

Garrett Murphrey picked up the Saturday Advanced Jr. Dragster win over Hailey Peterson.

Intermediate Jr. Dragster

Braxton Scott drove to victory over Cameron Rich in Saturday’s Intermediate Jr. Dragster class.

Novice Jr. Dragster

In Saturday’s Novice Jr. Dragster class, Madison Butler claimed the win over Alexandre Lapierre.

Advanced Second Chance

Hailey Shook picked up the Saturday Advanced Second Chance race win over Katie Craft.

Intermediate Second Chance

In Saturday’s Intermediate Second Chance race, Carson Murphrey took the win over Matthew Peterson.

Novice Second Chance

Logan Widner picked up the Novice Second Chance win over Tyler Biddle.

Super Pro

Saturday’s Pro winner, Aaron Milton parks his ride in the Winner’s Circle one more time by getting the win in Sunday’s $10,000-to-win Super Pro class over James Cavanaugh. Cavanaugh also went on to win the Advanced Junior Dragster Second Chance race.

In Sunday’s Pro class, Sarasota’s Tim Butler gets the win over Elizabeth Keene.

Sportsman

Derrick Gorris picked up Sunday’s Sportsman win over Gary Johnson.

Pro Cycle

In Sunday’s Pro Cycle class, Roy Hagadorn claimed the final round win over Ed Doherty.

Jr Street

On Sunday, Dylan MacNicol finds himself once again in the Jr. Street final round, this time up against Courtney Cole. MacNicol picked up the win and celebrates his double-up weekend!

Advanced Jr Dragster

In Sunday’s Advanced Junior Dragster class, Jason Stewart drove to victory over Katie Craft.

Intermediate Jr Dragster

Hank Harding from Cape Coral, FL claimed Sunday’s Intermediate Junior Dragster win over Victoria Beaner out of LaBelle, FL.

Novice Jr Dragster

In Sunday’s Novice Junior Dragster class, Kylie Mocny out of Venice, FL took the win over Aria Hawkins from Leesburg, FL.

Advanced Second Chance

James Cavanaugh was the winner of the Advanced Second Chance race over Hailey Shook.

Intermediate Second Chance

Blake McClintock claimed the in in the Intermediate Second Chance race over Aaron Kennedy.

Novice Second Chance
